4th Annual Seiyuu Awards…

Best Lead Actor – Ono Daisuke – Sebastian (Kuroshitsuji)
Well, he is a good seiyuu. I personally like him a lot as well, so I’m happy for him.

Best Lead Actress – Sawashiro Miyuki – Canaan (CANAAN), Lag Seeing (Letter Bee), Yano Ayane (Kimi ni Todoke)
I haven’t seen CANAAN, but I think she does a good job with Lag and Ayana. She also voices Celty from Durarara. And I think she does an awesome job voicing her.

Best Supporting Actor
- Namikawa Daisuke – Mikage (07-Ghost), Kazehaya Shouta (Kimi ni Todoke)
Yeah, he is a great voice actor as well. So seeing him winning an award isn’t that surprising.
- Miki Shinichiro – Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood), Lockon Stratos (Gundam 00)
Miki-san is a great seiyuu as well. He fits Roy’s voice way better than I actually expected.

Best Supporting Actress
- Inoue Kikuko – Furukawa Sanae (Clannad After Story), Grace O’Connor (Macross Frontier)
The characters she voiced in the anime I’ve watched we’re all extras. So yeah, I don’t remember how she sounds.
- Horie Yui – Kushida Minori (Toradora!), Hanekawa Tsubasa (Bakemonogatari)
She als voices Yuuki from Vampire Knight, I wasn’t so fond of Yuuki’s voice. I don’t really remember her other characters that well…

Kids/Family Award – Mizuta Wasabi – Doraemon (Doraemon)

Overseas Fan Award – Mitsuki Saiga – Wolfram (Kyou Kara Maou), Okita Souji (Peacemaker)
I must admit that she’s a great seiyuu. But I wanted Suwabe-sama to win this award ;_; I even voted for him…

Best New Actor Awards
- Atsushi Abe – Kamijo Toma (Toaru Majutsu no Index)
- Tomoaki Maeno – Fujii Touya (White Album), Ooyagi Saku (Sora no Manimani)

Best New Actress Awards
- Kanae Itou – Akeno Mihoshi (Sora no Manimani), Suzukawa Koume (Taishou Yakyū Musume.), Hinamori Amu (Shugo Chara!)
- Aki Toyosaki – Hirasawa Yui (K-ON!), Nakamachi Kana (Kanamemo)

~ Well, I’ll be looking forward to the year Suwabe-sama will win the lead actor award. He should stop doing BL drama’s and just do voices for epic anime characters!

Kaichou wa Maid-sama Seiyuu cast

It’s been a while since my last post. I just didn’t have anything to post about..
Also, school started for me, but that shouldn’t have an effect on my otakuness. Besides the fact I have a little less time to watch/read anime/manga.

Anyway, towards the point…
ANN has listed the seiyuu cast for the anime of KWMS.

Following picture is Drama CD cast only…Anime has a completely different cast.

Ling’s seiyuu =D

I just realized I din’t post anything about Greed’s seiyuu…As you may (or may not) know, his seiyuu in Brotherhood is Nakamura Yuuichi. This makes me veeery sad, because I love Greed. And I really really wanted him to be voiced by Suwabe Junichi, who did Greed’s voice in the first anime…Fortunately, Nakamura did a very good job and didn’t disappoint me (but Suwabe T_T).

Anyway, on July 12th (episode 15) the Xing arc will start! YAY! And guess who’s going to voice Ling!!! =D (No, not Suwabe Junichi)

It’s Miyano Mamoru!!!! Yay!!!!

From episode 15 onwards, there will be a new opening and ending =D
The song you hear in the video is probably one of it :P
It’s called Hologram and the artist is NICO Touches the Walls.

There will also be an OVA coming out on august 26th on Blu-Ray =D
It’s called The Blind Alchemist there will also be a Hiromu Arakawa 4-Koma Theater released along with it.

FMA 2 anime cast

So the cast for the FMA remake has been released. And I don’t know if I should be happy or disappointed.

Cast:
Romi Paku as Edward Elric
Rie Kugimiya as Alphonse Elric
Megumi Takamoto as Winry Rockbell
Shinichiro Miki as Roy Mustang
Fumiko Orikasa as Riza Hawkeye
Kenji Utsumi as Alex Louis Armstrong
Keiji Fujiwara as Maes Hughes
Yuji Ueda as Jean Havoc
Kenji Hamada as Vato Falman
Kaori Nazuka as Maria Ross
Hidekatsu Shibata as King Bradley
Kenta Miyake as Scar
Kikuko Inoue as Lust
Tetsu Shiratori as Gluttony
Minami Takayama as Envy
Hiroyuki Yoshino as Kimblee
Kouichi Yamadera as Isaac

Everyone except Edward, Alphonse, Armstrong, Hughes, King Bradley & Gluttony got a different seiyuu than FMA 1.
Fortunately, I don’t really remember how they sounded anyway. So I guess that’s not really a problem.

I always look at other characters a seiyuu voices, to see if I heard that person before and to compare. And to see how good that seiyuu is XD..And I noticed the following:

Fuwa Sho – Prisoner

fuwa-sho

Today, even though school started again, I’m very happy! Because, while I was at school, I discovered that Fuwa Sho’s (Skip Beat) single was released!!
I’ve been waiting for this wonderful song ever since I heard it in the anime! I knew it would be a great song and the fact that Miyano Mamoru sings it, makes it even more better =D

And because I feel like I should share the love with everyone who doesn’t have the song yet, I’ll provide with you with download links ^^
Prisoner
Burnin’ Down

(Yeah, there are 2 songs!)
For those who want the the whole OST, instead of just only those two songs: Please go here.
And just so you know, I got the songs from somewhere else and not that site =D

I’m soo in love with the song Prisoner, but Burnin’ Down is just as wonderful ^^
Feel free to share the songs with others (they’re not mine, in the first place..), but I’d appreciate it if you didn’t share the download links :)

Shinjukuku Kabukichou Hoikuen ~

This is going to be my very first not anime related post.

I recently got into the Tenimyu world…And I came to realize that those actors are bishonen *_* (of course I already knew that Mamo-sama was a bishi ♥)…

Now splurt! =D

Now splurt! =D

I really love hyoutei..and this is where my love for Kazuki (Atobe)  & Kenken (Shishido) started..mostly Kenken, though…
So I went to do some research on Kenken (and a little on Kazuki) and discovered this very awesome trailer, where Mamo is wearing this very terrible wig that doesn’t suit him at all..

Of course Mamo (Ishida Tetsu) and Kenken aren’t the only tenimyu people, Ryunosuke (Hiyoshi) & Kanesaki (Sanada) are in it too!

The movie is about a host club (if Kenken can be a great butler, he so can be an awesome host!) which turns into a daycare during the day xD. It looks so funny and it has one of my favourite seiyuus and one of my favourite actor in it! So I can’t wait to watch it!
And Mamo with blond hair = Terrible xD

No, Mamo is not blonde in this pic :p

No, Mamo is not blonde in this pic :p

I soo want to see this movie..I read somewhere that it’s part of some Kira Kira project…and that there will be two more movies with same actors? *_* I really hope so!

Official Site: http://www.kirakiraweb.jp/movies/kabukicho/index.html
If I understand correct, the movie will be released on Janaury 31!

And I actually didn’t thought about it until someone pointed it out, but
Blonde Miyano as host = Tamaki xD
FYI: Miyano voices Tamaki, who happens to be a host, in Ouran Host Club XD

Paku Romi voicing Ed again!!

The moon is veeeery big ><

The moon is veeeery big ><

As you might (or might not) know, there is going to be a remake of Fullmetal Alchemist. The manga is still ongoing, but if you follow the manag you might’ve noticed that it’s slowly coming to an end.
The news about the remake was announced somewhere last year (2008).

I’m really happy about this, since FMA is my favourite manga. Not only that, Edward was voiced by my favourite seiyuu, Paku Romi, in the anime. Which brings me to the main point.
Not so long ago it has been announced that Paku Romi will be voicing Ed in the remake again! Yay!!!
Even though I expected this, hearing it confirmed really made me happy. And more unable to wait until it’s starts. Of course Alphonse will be voiced by Kugimiya Rie again.

Edward Elric (FMA 2 Art)

Alphonse Elric (FMA 2 Art)

Alphonse Elric (FMA 2 Art)

Paku Romi is also known for her roles as Hitsugaya Toushiro (Bleach) and Temari (Naruto). She also does the voice of Regene Regetta from Gundam 00 =D.
Kugimiya Rie is known for her roles as…eh….*looking through ANN*…Nena (Gundam 00), Miharu (Nabari no Ou) and Louise (Zero no Tsukaima)…These are the anime I know, anyway…

Here’s the second teaser trailer:

The teaser confirms the date, that the anime will air: April 5th on MBS/TBS, which is one week after the end of Gundam 00 AND on the same channel…So I guess FMA will replace Gundam 00 xp
(Which is kinda funny, since Gundam 00 replaced Code Geass. And I’m also Code Geass obsessed…)
